Document and Publication Downloads

This section of the site contains documentation of Lutherie policies.  You can download them in the form of PDF documents as you see fit.  If you would rather read them on this site, you can click here to be launched to the "Legal Matters" section of the Lutherie web site.

In order to read PDF documents on a computer with Windows, MAC OS, or an android device you will need a copy of Adobe reader, or any other program that can display PDF's.  If for some odd reason you don't already have a PDF reader, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC here:

For those using a Linux OS, Free BSD or similar, you can download and install a PDF reader from your OS's repository via its software app, if you don't already have one.

If you are thinking of having a service performed by Lutherie, which I sure hope you do, then this one is important:

RDE Lutherie Service Agreement.

If the only warranty you have ever been given for service to an instrument was none at all, meaning you had an "Implied Warranty", and therefore you had to know what that entails, and in case of an issue had little to nothing to go by, leaving you vulnerable to being had.  The Lutherie service warranty is much better than the default implied warranty:
